What movements do you use?
We use Seiko automatic movements such as NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH72, VK61.
Recognised all around the world, these automatic movements ensure flawless function to match your day.
Does the watches have any type of warranty?
Yes,our watches come with a 2-year warranty covering any type of manufacturing defects, particularly in the movement.
If you have any more questions about the warranty, please contact us.
Is the strap adjustable?
Yes, all of our watch straps all adjustable with the bonus tool kit that we send next to every order!
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No!
We use original Seiko automatic movements, for their quality and reliability.
Each watch is assembled with custom parts.
Are they waterproof?
Our watches have a 3ATM water resistance for everyday situations, such as splashes or rain.
In case of swimming we recommend upgrading your watch to a 5ATM water resistance level.
Note that markings on our dials are purely decorative and do not reflect the actual water resistance level of the watches.
What is a Seiko Mod?
A Seiko Mod is a special watch hand-assembled from Seiko automatic or hybrid movement, combined with high-quality aftermarket parts.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If you contact us 24h after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed.
After 24h your order is already being processed but you still have the option to return it once it is shipped.
Shipping time
We on average require 9-12 working days to assemble your watch.
After your new watch been shipped it takes around 4-8 working days to get to you, depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination country.
In total, the process usually takes around 13-20 working days.
Please note that customised watches may take longer.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping!
How can I track my order?
Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you.If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please note you will only get tracking number if you choosed our Shipping Protection & Tracking option.
